Taxis are readily available at the ferry terminals and airport. Please note that many of them are large vans with no 4WD, which means they may not be able to get you all the way to your villa if you are staying in Belmont or West End. We are happy to arrange a taxi for you (all taxis adhere to set government rates). Please see rates here

Tortola may be small but there is plenty to see, the beaches all offer their own charms and the local cuisine and cocktails need to be sampled! 4WD is a must - the roads here are "fun"! We recommend either Dedes or Jerrys, they both offer exceptionally efficient service and have a large fleet of cars in great condition.

Dedes will deliver the car to your port of entry and collect it when you have left, any time of day or night. If you would like to book a car with Dedes, just let me know and I will email you a rate sheet and authorisation form, I will forward your completed form to Dedes and make sure your vehicle is at your port of entry for your arrival. (No payment is necessary until arrival).
A very relaxing way to start your holiday is to get a taxi to your villa with Dedes and your rental car will be in the driveway.

Jerrys Car Rental is located in West End, they will pick you up at the airport or ferry and take you back to the office to do the paperwork. This works well if you are arriving at West End as his office is there. If you are arriving at Road Town or the airport the process takes a little longer to go to his office before driving to your villa. Just choose a model from his fleet and we can reserve the car and make sure he is at your port of entry to meet you.

Yes, by boat is undoubtedly the best way to explore the BVI. Of the 50+ islands and Cays that make up the BVI, just 15 are inhabited. There is stunning snorkeling and diving throughout in our pristine waters.

Island Surf and Sail are our favourite, and are conveniently located at Soper's Hole, their 26' "IRIE" is perfect for a captained day or half-day charter including snorkelling equipment and 2 SUP boards. Scuba-diving can also be arranged.

Dedes Charters and Fishing have a great selection of boats and unsurpassable service and reviews. Charter a captained and provisioned boat or rent by the day to explore by yourselves. Located at East End, Dede Boat Rental cater to your needs by meeting you at your most convenient dock.

If you are looking for a nice easy day out with a RIB (rigid inflatable boat), BVI Adventure Tours is perfect! Captained or un-captained rates available, most of the boats are brand new as of November 2014, just let them know we sent you.

King Charters and Island Time are 2 other reliable boat rental companies with well-maintained boats, both located at Nanny Cay.
