🛋️ LIVING AREAS:
Being situated on a rocky outcrop beside the sea means that the villa is arranged on several different levels. There are spacious eating and seating areas and a fully equipped kitchen, and if you fancy a little bit of me time you will be able to choose from several hidden away spaces all complete with comfy chairs and those incredible views. Designed with a modern, clean and fresh feel the natural stone floors and white painted wood finishes provide a perfect foil to the riot of colour outside the windows, allowing the natural beauty to shine throughout.
🛏️ BEDROOMS:
There are five beautiful cool and airy bedrooms each with their own bath facilities. Some have their own private verandahs and all enjoy a unique vista of the turquoise sea outside. Everything inside is pale and calm so as not to take away from the glory of the surrounding views which are framed by the floor to ceiling windows at every level.
☀️ STEP OUTSIDE:
We mentioned that you might feel like you are sailing the high seas from your vantage point at Steelepoint Villa. Well, step through the doors from the main seating area and you will find yourself on your own private deck, the Captain of your own landlocked ship. The sense of freedom from up here is immense, and the views simply magical. You won’t find a better spot to enjoy your sundowner in all of the Caribbean. Steelepoint Estate Villa offers a level of luxury, seclusion and dramatic beauty that will linger in your memory forever.
When you can no longer resist that blue ocean, wander down to your private beach cove and dip your toes in the water. There are two docks as well, perfect for swimming and snorkeling from.

🏡 Steele Point Villa is part of Steele Point Estate, a privately owned eight acre estate that occupies the entire western peninsula of Tortola. There are three other villas on the estate - Blackbeard’s Hideaway, Gestalt, and Treehouse – all of which can be rented individually or combined.

If you fancy stretching your legs for just over a mile you can walk to the very handy Soper’s Hole Marina. Here you’ll find West End Ferry Terminal (where you can catch boats to fellow British Virgin Island Jost Van Dyke and US Virgin Islands St John and St Thomas) and a great selection of restaurants (Omar's Coffee House, Admiral's Pub & Pusser's Landing), a well-stocked grocery store, boat charter companies, shops and more.

Smuggler’s Cove is idyllic & perfectly sheltered by its vibrant reef which provides sensational snorkeling & is home to Patricia’s laid-back beach bar. *cruise ship passengers sometimes come here so look online for the "BVI cruise ship schedule" to avoid the busier days.

At Long Bay you’ll find a mile-long stretch of white sand and turquoise waters and a selection of beachfront refreshment options - 1748 Restaurant, Tropical Fusion, Johnny’s Beach Bar and 1748 Coffee Shop. If you’re feeling energetic enquire with Long Bay Resort to purchase passes to the gym, tennis & pickle-ball courts. You can also purchase a pool pass for the day ($100 pp incl $75 food & beverage credit & access to the pool. Under 12's are free). There's also a spa for a little pampering.
🍴WINDY HILL (4.7 miles away)
Head to Stoutt's Lookout for a chilled beer with an incredible view over the bay or Bananakeet (Heritage Inn) restaurant for one of the best dinner spots to watch the sunset on island.

The buzziest beach on island, you'll find a whole variety of Restaurants & Bars (Indigo Beach House, Elms, Paradise Bar, Myett's plus many more) lining the water. You'll also find a small grocery store, a white sand beach with calm swimming & options for watersports & Callwood's Rum Distillery. *all these amenities mean that the cruise ship passengers come here, so look online for the "BVI cruise ship schedule" to avoid the busier days.

🚗 Although there are ferries to connect you to other islands, the public transport in Tortola is basically non-existent and there’s so much to go and see but taxis add up quickly. Tortola is only 14 miles long by 3 miles at its widest, but it’s a mountainous island and the roads can be quite rugged. We can help you to reserve a 4WD SUV or direct you to recommended local car rental companies who understand that good 4WD vehicles are mandatory to explore with confidence. They can offer delivery to your port of entry or villa (we can help organise you a taxi to take you to the property) & carry a selection of cars & jeeps. Jerry's Car Rental is our favourite and the easiest car rental company to work with online.
