Space
🛋️ LIVING AREAS:
Creating a seamless indoor/outdoor flow, huge doorways open up on all the way along the open plan kitchen & living area allowing the views to take the centre stage. At any time of day, from virtually anywhere within the villa you’ll be captivated by the pastel sunrises, or inky night skies brimming with stars. Calm, neutral tones contrasting with dark woods & splashes of Caribbbean colour create a serene space to unwind. High pitched ceilings, powerful Hunter fans & the option of AC make for a space that you’ll always be cool and comfortable relaxing in.
You’ll first reach the kitchen area which is fully equipped with everything you might need for catering for your group. Stainless steel fixtures and top quality appliances such as a Miele induction hob, stainless steel double fridge/freezer and handy dishwasher makes cooking for a group a breeze. A kitchen island with sociable breakfast bar is the perfect place to chat & cook.
The living room follows on from the kitchen area and has 2 comfy sofas & a flat-screen Smart TV with FLOW cable (if you can tear your gaze away from the ocean views). As mentioned before, this whole space has huge doors opening to the views and a very generous outdoor dining area. This deck runs the length of the property, with a stainless-steel grill at one end, plenty of outdoor seating options to enjoy a morning coffee (or sundowner) from & a dining tale for 6. This area is covered & also has the luxury of ceiling fans, you really couldn’t ask for a more idyllic place to enjoy dinner with friends.
🛏️ BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
Split over two levels, there’s no arguing over bedrooms necessary as all 3 are beautifully private with separate keypad access, king sized beds, AC, Hunter ceiling fans and ocean views.
1) The Primary bedroom is just off the living room on the entrance level. It has it’s own access to the far end of the outdoor dining deck & azure vistas. The georgous ensuite is tiled with cooling neutral stone, has double sinks & the unique feature of a tropical outdoor shower.
2 & 3) The other two bedrooms are downstairs with access to the pool deck. Equally tranquil and calming, one of these rooms can handily be made up as either a king bed or two twins. Ocean views, calming colours & ensuite bathrooms with spacious walk-in showers & double sinks can be found in both.
A handy half-bathroom is also on this level.
☀️ STEP OUTSIDE:
The outdoor areas are split over the two levels at Hawksbill Cottage. As mentioned above, the first level has a fabulous outdoor dining deck for enjoying long lunches whilst watching the boats sail in and out of the marina. The downstairs level however has the pool deck where you’ll surely be spending a lot of your time. Hawksbill Cottage is in a prime location – just a few minutes walk down to Soper’s Hole Marina and it’s wonderful amenities.

If you fancy stretching your legs, a short walk down the hill will take you to the very handy Soper’s Hole Marina. Here you’ll find West End Ferry Terminal (where you can catch boats to fellow British Virgin Island Jost Van Dyke and US Virgin Islands St John and St Thomas) and a great selection of restaurants (Omar's Coffee House, Admiral's Pub & Pusser's Landing), a well-stocked grocery store, boat charter companies, Driftwood Spa and more.

Smuggler’s Cove is idyllic & perfectly sheltered by its vibrant reef which provides sensational snorkeling & is home to Patricia’s laid-back beach bar. *cruise ship passengers sometimes come here so look online for the "BVI cruise ship schedule" to avoid the busier days.

is on Beef Island in the East End of Tortola (connected by bridge). It’s the only airport on Tortola and where you'll fly into.

🚗 Although there are ferries to connect you to other islands, the public transport in Tortola is basically non-existent and there’s so much to go and see but taxis add up quickly. Tortola is only 14 miles long by 3 miles at its widest, but it’s a mountainous island and the roads can be quite rugged. We can help you to reserve a 4WD SUV or direct you to recommended local car rental companies who understand that good 4WD vehicles are mandatory to explore with confidence. They can offer delivery to your port of entry or villa (we can help organise you a taxi to take you to the property) & carry a selection of cars & jeeps. Jerry's Car Rental is our favourite and the easiest car rental company to work with online.
