Space
🛋️ LIVING AREAS:
Split over two pavilions, you’ll step through the grand mahogany doorway of the first into your new home away from home. Down the sweeping staircase to your left, you’ll be welcomed by a stylish and comfortable living room complete with squashy sofas, gorgeous Indonesian teak furniture and a stereo with wall-mounted speakers. If you can bear to look away from those ocean views for even a moment, there’s a SmartTV with local FLOW cable. The large glass sliders are accompanied but screen sliders (there is no AC in the main building).
Cook up a storm (or mix up a cocktail) in the spacious and well-appointed kitchen that leads onto a covered dining porch above the pool deck. Here, you can enjoy your food and company with views of palm trees dancing in the breeze and waves rolling in the bay. Talk about utter bliss.
🛏️ BEDROOMS:
No arguing over bedrooms necessary, as all 3 have fabulous ocean views, AC and spacious en-suites. *Please note that all 3 bedrooms have exterior access only and are not suitable for young children.
1&2) A sun-filled few steps across the pool deck will take you to the second pavilion where upstairs, the spacious primary suite offers a hand carved Balinese teak king size bed, a large bathroom, shower & closet, as well as 2 porches (one is completely private from any other guests in your group). Directly below and accessed from the pool deck level, you’ll find a bright room with 2 custom-made teak twin beds that can also be made up as a comfortable king size bed, which look out through large sliding doors to the ocean beyond).
3)The third bedroom is accessed by steps down from the pool deck and offers a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, an oasis of privacy and tranquillity.
☀️ STEP OUTSIDE:
Like any great vacation villa, the pool deck is at the heart of the property, with six sun loungers surrounding the infinity pool, a gas BBQ and informal poolside dining table with umbrella, as well as those panoramic views. There’s also a convenient poolside shower and half-bathroom off the pool deck.

Guests have sole access to the entire property.

🚗 Although there are ferries to connect you to other islands, the public transport in Tortola is basically non-existent and there’s so much to go and see but taxis add up quickly. Tortola is only 14 miles long by 3 miles at its widest, but it’s a mountainous island and the roads can be quite rugged. We can help you to reserve a 4WD SUV or direct you to recommended local car rental companies who understand that good 4WD vehicles are mandatory to explore with confidence. They can offer delivery to your port of entry or villa (we can help organise you a taxi to take you to the property) & carry a selection of cars & jeeps. Jerry's Car Rental is the easiest car rental company to work with online.
