Sans Souci is a gorgeous 3 bedroom family home (plus office with futon) sleeping up to 8 guests comfortably. Situated in the prestigious Towers Estate gated community in West End, the views are truly spectacular...a sense of calm surrounds you at the villa as you look out across the Sir Francis Drake Channel to smaller British Virgin Islands and St John, USVI. Decorated throughout in neutral tones, lots of Caribbean style paintings by local artists and with beautiful quality mostly Balinese teak furniture, the decor lends a soothing backdrop to let the views take centre stage. As the name translates...your worries and cares will slip away while staying at this outstanding property.




You are definitely going to be enjoying the great outdoors at Sans Souci, the views really are breath-taking and can be enjoyed from multiple loungers and seating arrangements around the villa - both shady and sunny - on the wraparound, pool and grilling decks (gas and charcoal BBQ's available). The brand new infinity edge pool (completed summer 2018) is the perfect spot for a cool drink and a book at any time of the day. (please note that the smaller oval pool is NOT a jacuzzi)

On the ground floor the kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer and all the gadgets you need. A breakfast bar separates the kitchen from the dining and living room, both of which have large sliding doors and screens on 2 walls providing light and breezes as well as the amazing views. The Dining room offers seating for 8 and the living room has a 55" SmartTV for your entertainment needs. There is the option of AC throughout the house, including all bedrooms as well as the living and dining rooms. A half bathroom is also located on the ground floor.


The new master suite on the ground floor is a wonderful addition making this villa perfectly comfortable for just one couple without feeling overwhelmingly large. Everything about this suite is luxurious....from the king-size teak four-poster bed and built-in closets to the striking bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower. Add to that the sliding doors at the foot of the bed that lead directly to the pool a few feet... you may never want to leave Sans Souci!


On the first floor there are an additional 2 bedrooms and an office with futon. Sleep like royalty in the gorgeous teak sleigh bed in the spacious king suite with walk-in closet and large bathroom with double vanity and shower. Sliding doors led onto the upper wraparound deck with the same mesmerizing views. A 3rd bedroom with queen bed and built-in closets again offers the ocean views and breezes with the large sliding doors at the foot of the bed. A bathroom with shower located on the landing is shared by the 3rd bedroom and anyone who might staying the office. The office is also located on the first floor and is nice and spacious and looks out to the pool and the ocean beyond. It too has access to the wraparound upper porch. 

Sans Souci is located at Towers Estate, West End where many of the rental villas have been built so we have a great selection of restaurants within 10-15 minutes drive of the villa.

DINING: Tropical Fusion on the beach in Long Bay (opening Jan'19), Sebastians on the Beach in Apple Bay (breakfast lunch and dinner), Tramonti (on the beach in Apple Bay), The Sugar Mill for fine dining in a  beautiful historical setting (in Apple Bay), Tropical Fusion (on the waterfront in Carrot Bay with large selection of classic West Indian dishes), Bananakeet (top of Windy Hill for the best sunset views), Stoutt's Lookout (top of Windy Hill) for great views and very informal BBQ etc, Da Best Cup at Soper's Hole for awesome breakfasts. Bustling Cane Garden Bay with it's selection of restaurants, bars and live music, is just a 20 minute drive. Nanny Cay is approx 15 mins away in the opposite direction and has 2 lively restaurants, one being an outdoor sports bar called Captain Mulligans, the other PegLegs Landing which is on the beach next to the marina.

GROCERIES & ATTRACTIONS: C&D supermarket (convenience store) is just over a mile away and is pretty well-stocked and open 7.30am - 8pm. We look forward to the re-opening of Soper's Hill marina (10 min drive) which will again offer a grocery store (early 2020), dive shop, days charter boats and watertoy rentals. Sage Mountain is a 25 minute drive and offers beautiful National Park trails at a slightly cooler temperature due to the elevation and shade of the rainforest-like terrain. 

BEACHES: Smugglers Cove (15 min drive) is a protected spot that usually offers calm waters - perfect for the less energetic among us and perfect for snorkeling the coral reefs where you can spot all kinds of sea-life - I have seen since Irma a selection of colorful small fish including angel fish etc, small octopus, turtles and puffer fish. Nigels Beach Bar offers cold drinks and a limited number of sun-loungers and umbrellas.  

Long Bay Beach (10 min drive) is 1 mile long of white sand - perfect for walking off the cocktails and coconut shrimp or conch fritters! There are certain areas with a sandy bottom that are best for swimming and some areas that have more coral surface, we will point you in the right direction. Pelican Point is a large rock protruding from the water in the middle of Long Bay (to the east), great for snorkeling out to on calm days. 

Apple Bay (to East of Long Bay, 5 in drive away) offers world class surfing when the conditions are right. 

(Many of the palm trees on the beaches were destroyed by Irma sadly, we have a large beach umbrella for your use in areas with less shade, we also supply you with beach chairs and a cooler.)

They can assist with everything from provisioning online, reserving your car at your port of arrival, boat trips and spa visits, chef services and anything else you can think of. We are here to help. 

★Please note that there is a particularly steep part of road on this hill that would not be suitable for someone with vertigo! Tortola is very mountainous so this is not unusual and the road is well paved. We insist that guests at all our villas rent 4WD vehicles because it is definitely necessary on the hills when it rains★

We accept a minimum booking of 5 nights year round and 7 nights over Thanksgiving (November 21-29 2020), Christmas and New Year (Dec 18-Jan 3 2021).

Rates are subject to 10% government hotel tax, 3% service fee and a $500 refundable damage deposit.
