SEVEN TEN

Seven Ten was purchased after Hurricane Irma and transformed from a shell of a house to a gem of a home. The views are truly breath-taking as you enter the front door and the flow is effortless with a spacious open-plan layout where the large sliding glass doors open onto the pool and covered decks, offering plenty of usable outdoor space as well as the breath-taking views of course. The interior is white, fresh and modern with enough bold, fun soft furnishings to entice you to kick back and relax. With 3 bedrooms on the main floor, Seven Ten is ideal for families where children need to be close to the parents. All 4 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and access to different outdoor seating areas offering 4 couples spacious accommodations. Seven Ten is perfection!

Description

The main living area is comprised of a seating area with smartTV, an informal dining table for 8 and a well-equipped kitchen with custom cabinetry and stainless appliances. The whole room can be air-conditioned or the floor to ceiling sliding screen-doors allow the ocean breezes and powerful ceiling fans to cool the room and floor-length net drapes diffuse the bright sun midday. 

Three bedrooms (each with ensuite bathroom) are accessed from the living area. One bedroom has a king bed and 2 of these bedrooms can be made up as a king or 2 twins. Each bedroom has it's own screened sliding doors with access to the endless porches and seating areas that surround 3 sides of the villa. The poolside twin/king bedroom has direct access to the exterior poolside shower for private use. 

All 4 bedrooms are in the same building but the 4th bedroom is accessed separately from the driveway. This private suite has a lovely covered porch, a king bed, a desk, walk-in closet, a kitchenette with fridge, microwave and coffee-maker and a bathroom with large shower. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Our BVI views are exceptional with the many islands and boats dotted on the horizon, and Seven Ten's panorama of Jost Van Dyke, Sandy Cay, Sandy Spit and Green Cay are certainly mesmerizing. So porches and decks are just as important as the interiors here in the BVI, and this one does not disappoint! The coral stone porch and purple-heart wooden pool deck are stylish and uncluttered despite the array of relaxing areas to spread out. You'll find comfy little chairs outside the bedrooms, poolside sun-loungers and chairs for tanning, the very popular swinging outdoor bed for reclining, the all-weather sectional for socializing, an alfresco dining area and the all-important BBQ!

Seven Ten (formerly known as Pegasus) was bought by repeat guests of ours who just happen to have stayed at 11 of our properties!! All the while they were taking notes of what design features, amenities etc they would like in their dream home! We project-managed their rebuild and the result is spectacular, a villa that's at once comfortable and stylish with it's fresh modern palette and decor.

We accept a minimum booking of 5 nights year round, 7 nights over Thanksgiving (Nov 21-29 2020) and 10 nights over Christmas and New Year.
Please add 10% government hotel tax & 3% service fee.
We also require a $500 refundable damage deposit.
