Seven Ten was purchased after Hurricane Irma and transformed from a shell of a house to a gem of a home. The interior is white, fresh and modern with enough bold, fun soft furnishings to entice you to kick back and relax. With 3 bedrooms on the main floor, Seven Ten is ideal for families where children need to be close to the parents. All 4 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and access to different outdoor seating areas offering 4 couples spacious accommodations. Seven Ten is perfection!
The main living area has a seating area with smartTV, an informal dining table for 8 and a well-equipped kitchen with custom cabinetry and stainless appliances. The whole room can be air-conditioned or the floor to ceiling sliding screen-doors allow the ocean breezes and powerful ceiling fans to cool the room while floor-length net drapes diffuse the bright midday sun if need be.
Three bedrooms (each with ensuite bathroom) are accessed from the living area. The master suite has a king bed and 2 of these bedrooms can be made up as a king or 2 twins. Each bedroom has it’s own screened sliding doors with access to the endless porches and seating areas that wrap around 3 sides of the villa. The poolside twin/king bedroom has direct access to the exterior poolside shower for private use.
All 4 bedrooms are in the same building but the 4th bedroom is accessed separately from the driveway. This private suite has a lovely covered porch, a king bed, a desk, walk-in closet, a kitchenette with fridge, microwave and coffee-maker and a bathroom with large shower.
All bedrooms as well as the living area are air-conditioned, there’s also an automatic start generator in case of power outages.
Our BVI views are exceptional with the many islands and boats dotted on the horizon, and Seven Ten’s panorama of Jost Van Dyke, Sandy Cay, Sandy Spit and Green Cay are certainly mesmerising. So porches and decks are just as important as the interiors, and Seven Ten does not disappoint! The coral-stone porch and purple-heart wooden pool deck are stylish and uncluttered while offering an array of relaxing areas to spread out.
You’ll find comfy chairs outside the bedrooms for a quiet spot to read or enjoy a coffee and poolside sun-loungers and chairs for tanning of course. The all-weather sectional is perfect for a cocktail and the sun sets, but my favourite spot is the swinging bed that’s just the cherry on top for a dream vacation! The covered poolside deck is a beautiful spot for an alfresco dinner cooled beneath powerful ceiling fans after grilling at the gorgeous new BBQ gazebo lovingly created by a local craftsmen.
Seven Ten, formerly known as Pegasus, was bought by repeat guests (and now good friends) of ours who just happen to have stayed at 11 of our properties!! All the while they were taking notes of what design features, amenities etc they would like in their dream home! We project-managed their rebuild and the result is spectacular, a villa that’s at once comfortable and stylish with it’s fresh modern palette and decor.

Apple Bay: often has surf in the winter, great for watching or participating

Villa Seven Ten was the perfect location spot for a group of 8 making our first visit to Tortola. The house had four spacious bedrooms each with it’s own bathroom which easily accommodated our group of four couples. The house was beautifully decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed for preparing breakfast, lunch or dinner. The outdoor living space from the pool to the deck chairs and swing provided the perfect spot for us to begin and end our days. There was ample space for everyone to relax and spread out. The views of the water and surrounding hill side was even more spectacular than we could have imagined. Relaxing in the infinity pool and looking out at the surrounding areas and beautiful sunsets provided a wonderful end to any day. The location of the house was a reasonable drive to all local attractions, whether it be Long Bay beach, Smugglers Cove or the marinas for taking ferry service or private boats to other nearby islands. Sam and JC provided great information to get us prepared for our visit, helping us arrange for groceries and a car rental that were delivered to the house in advance of our arrival. Villa Seven Ten was perfect in every way for our travel party of 8. The service starts when you book with Sam. The team at Villas of Tortola guides you through every step of the planning process. We pre-ordered our groceries as suggested. Everything was in the fridge/pantry and ready for us when we arrived. The home is decorated beautifully and the décor gives off the perfect island vacation vibe from the moment you pull in the driveway. The outside area is so relaxing with plenty of furniture to take in all the stunning views. The sunset over smugglers cove is dreamy. We loved the bedroom set-ups and they worked wonderfully for 4 adults and 4 children. The ability to separate 2 of the king rooms into twins was perfect. The house was impeccable condition and the mid-week housekeeping service was greatly appreciated. We can’t wait to return to this beautiful villa and the BVI’s. (Katrina B 7.26.2023)
Seven Ten is an amazing villa if you’re looking to stay on the West End of Tortola. Rental company was great- helped us with car rental, boat reservation, and a driver from the airport. Greeted us upon arrival. The house is gorgeous and well equipped with 3 rooms upstairs and one down with separate outside access. Beautiful furnishings and impeccably kept. Outdoor beach closet has everything you need- snorkel gear, cooler, Tommy Bahama chairs. Housekeeper came mid-week to swap out linens. The drive up is not for the faint of heart, but the views as a result are incredible–we found ourselves not wanting to leave for excursions. 10/10 would recommend. The only thing we wish the house had was an ice maker and a hammock, but hard to find fault with a place like this. Can’t wait to return. (Anna D vrbo 7.30.2022)
SEVEN TEN was absolutely fantastic. The views were amazing and the property had everything we could have asked for and more. It was clean, updated, and located near Smuggler’s Cove and bars/restaurants.
The cleaning staff did an excellent job to ensure everything went smoothly. Additionally, the communication before and during the stay with the property management was fantastic.
