You’ll see this on many menus when in season (Nov 1-July 30). It’s illegal to catch lobster without a commercial license, even if you possess the skills. It is best served simple; grilled and served with butter, lemon, and a little seasoning. Call Zac Stoutt at 1-284-543-2746 or WhatsApp 705-464-2746 for freshly caught lobster, fish, or goat prepped and ready to go.
