Sam and team were very kind and super responsive. The villa is comfortable and safe – plus has everything you need, is very clean, and walkable to the beach, coffee, and restaurant/bar. Immaculate accommodations, beautifully furnished with gorgeous view and 5 minute walk to beach. Didn’t need one thing during our stay it was stocked so thoroughly. Ariba is a beautiful newly built/renovated condo situated directly across from one of the most beautiful beaches in Tortola. Location is prime. Provisioning is available, we skipped and which we hadn’t, so we could have just ran to the beach the next day. Take advantage of ordering plenty of water, ice and something to pack up for the beach. You will want to get every minute in! The place was so comfortable and perfect for 2 people and has a pull out for kids. With 2 nice bathrooms, the space was just perfect. The deck overlooks the water and it is located low for quick and easy access from the main road. You can walk to the beach easily and within 5 minutes. Nice beach chairs and a cooler are available. Freezer packs were also available in a totally stocked kitchen. The staff of Villas of Tortola were so available for any questions we had and Pinky made us the most delicious rotis and delivered to our door. We could not believe how quickly this area is being restored after the hurricane. The details of the property are very nice. Ariba is a place that we would consider again for sure. Long Bay Beach Club is also right across the street for coffee in the morning, cocktails and dinner in the evening. Super clean, nicely decorated and convenient, located so close to everything wonderful in the West End. Sam and her team have it down and did not miss a beat.   (Michelle M   January 2nd 2023)

Our family (Mom and Dad 38/39 and twins 3.5) spent a great week at Ariba. Super functional unit. Kids took the pull out. Mom and Dad the huge king size. Perfect temps in Tortola in December. No need for AC, beautiful breeze at night, listen to waves and nature. Great view (can peek around the corner to see if Apple Bay is breaking for those who surf). Easy walk to Long Bay Resort for fancy dinner and drinks. Tropical Fusion an easy walk as well. We loved DaCoalPot, a quick drive away in Carrot Bay. Walk to Long Bay Beach or take a quick drive to Smugglers Cove. Sam, Pinky, and the team were top notch. One of our daughters had an ear infection and Pinky was helpful in getting us to care. Our advice – take Villas of Tortola up on the offer to provision your stay and have dinner waiting for you on the day you arrive. If coming from the northeastern USA (or farther afield) via St Thomas, it’s a full day of flights, taxis, ferries, rental car. Nice to not have to worry about dinner (and drinks) that night and groceries the next day. Then again, a ride to RoadTown to hit the supermarket is fun in and of itself but certainly an adventure for a few hours. Bottom line, would go back to Tortola and stay with Villas of Tortola in a heartbeat.    (Cam M   12.17.2022)

Property was exactly as described. We are a family of 4, kids are11 and 8. The condo was perfect for us. Their sleeper sofa was very comfy and our room was great as well. They did a fantastic job on the remodel. It was one of the better furnished/supplied places we have stayed in. Kitchen had great utensils, good cutlery, Tupperware, pots/pans etc. There were also plenty of chairs and coolers to take the beach if needed. We have rented from Sam Pierce with Villas of Tortola in the past. Once again, her and her crew were very responsive in answering any questions leading up to our and during our stay. They are a great resource for whatever you need while travling around the BVI’s   (Bret B   vrbo   7.10.2019)

…For all your accommodations for our stay! This was a great location for us to stay in Long Bay so we could enjoy the beachfront, and waterfront dining there as well as Apple Bay just down the way. It is spacious and quiet condo nestled up on the hill. Great to be able to request wifi as an option if in need. Sam and her team took great care of us, and were within reach if we needed anything at all. They know the area well, and happened to also manage our other stay @ Casa Caribe to streamline things!
