THE INTERIOR
With the recent (Aug 2021) installation of hi-speed fibre internet and TV, this can be your home from home/office from home where you can effectively and reliably work remotely.
Located on the hill above Long Bay Resort, the location is perfect to give you easy access to the best beaches and restaurants of West End, as well as Soper’s Hole Marina and West End ferry terminal. The villa is private and quiet but just a 3 or 4 minute drive down to Long Bay beach
The heart of the villa is a lovely open living area with a dining room and kitchen all flowing together for maximum space as well as relaxing time together. Tropical decor lends to the escapist vibe, and everyone can enjoy the 50” flatscreen TV with Dish Network and DVD player. A teak dining table comfortably seats six, while a second dining area flows seamlessly onto the fully screened porch. The fully-equipped kitchen is well organised and offers a large stainless steel gas range, refrigerator, dishwasher and an assortment of small appliances for convenience.
The main house provides a light and airy king bedroom suite, complete with built-in closets, an ensuite bathroom with shower and stunning views to wake up to at the foot of your bed.
A second pavilion above the pool houses the master suite and a second bedroom. Accessed by a short flight of stairs from the pool deck, the master suite has a private porch with chairs, just begging to be your morning coffee spot. A king bed, built-in hardwood closets, 32” flat-screen TV make it a home away from home. A favourite feature is the outdoor stone shower in the en suite bath with Mexican tile.
Adjacent to the master suite is a queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. This area is great for young children that need to be close to the master suite, or alternatively can be locked and accessed by a separate entrance with a private sun deck. This bedroom also has a small refrigerator, microwave and toaster oven for convenience.
THE OUTSIDE
Central to the property is the pool deck, boasting a fabulous 26-foot by 11-foot pool. Its depths range from 4.5 to 8 feet and is perfectly designed with a ledge that runs the length of the pool to sit with a good book or a cocktail. A stone brick deck blends in with the natural island landscape and makes a delicious spot for lounging and enjoying the view.
Pool noodles, beach chairs, a cooler and a beach umbrella are also available for your private use. Powerful fans keep the breezes flowing and screened doors invite the sights and sounds of the ocean and air conditioning is also available throughout the house. The home is equipped with an automatic-start generator and washer and dryer for your use while enjoying Tortola.
