THE INTERIOR
This well appointed studio is a stylish, convenient space with everything you need for a relaxing stay just a couple of minutes walk to the beach.
Cliff House One Studio has it’s own separate entrance accessed separately from the driveway and is a self-contained studio-style space below the main house. A few steps from the driveway lead down to a wooden door for privacy, which in turn opens onto a small entryway and the sliding glass entrance doors.
The Studio really makes the most of the amazing views with windows that run almost the entire length of the space looking out to Jost Van Dyke and Sandy Cay as well as Carrot Bay and the the North shore. The vantage point from the cliff face gives you a bird’s eye view while everything looks close enough to touch.
The Studio is fitted with a king size bed and custom banquettes and cabinetry, there’s a walk-in closet and kitchen amenities including a fridge & freezer, built-in cooktop and microwave. And even the bathroom has a lovely shower looking out to the ocean.
THE OUTSIDE
AC and WiFi tick the remaining boxes to make this apartment an ideal base for any carefree vacation, with or without a car. If you do rent a car there’s a space on the side of road alongside the house. If you don’t rent a car you can walk to several restaurants within 10-15 minutes.
Cliff House One Studio is completely separate from the main house, there are no communal areas and you’ll have complete privacy.

Apple Bay: often has surf in the winter, great for watching or participating
Long Bay: a mile-long white sand beach
Smugglers Cove: a protected cove that’s calm and relaxed
NEAREST RESTAURANTS: There are many good restaurants within 15 minutes drive.
