The calming pale blue and white hues of the interiors and dark wood finishes have been carefully selected, perfectly complementing the sweeping ocean views that can be seen from every room.

LIVING AREAS
You’ll enter into a light atrium which is open onto the azure views and built around a giant boulder, a unique centrepiece to you new home-from-home!

On your left is the stylish living room, complete with plenty of comfy seating and a Smart TV (if you can bear to tear your eyes away from the view).

Take a right from the atrium and you’ll enter the very spacious open-plan kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is fully-equipped with high quality appliances and there’s a breakfast bar for 4 and a dining table for 6. The high ceilings and floor to ceiling glass doors make this an incredibly light and airy space and everything can be opened up to enjoy the ocean breezes inside.

BEDROOMS
No arguing over bedrooms here, as each bedroom has a en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and floor to ceiling sliding glass doors leading onto private balconies. The primary has a king-sized bed, and the other two are doubles.

STEP OUTSIDE
The outdoor spaces of Maxi Cooper are just as unique as the indoors. The infinity pool is built into the side of the mountain, with boulders jutting out from its side. It’s an amazing spot to watch the boats sail past and the waves roll in. The very spacious balcony at the front has plenty of cushioned and loungers to catch some rays on while gazing at thoseviews. There’s a covered outdoor dining area for enjoying dinner whilst the sun sinks below the horizon and sets the sky on fire.

Maxi Cooper is the big sister of the equally stylish guest house Mini Cooper (2 beds), they can be rented separately or together for groups of up to 10. Check out the separate listing for M&M Cooper (both) and Mini Cooper. The 2 Villas are separated by a huge bolder, so privacy is guaranteed as you can’t see one villa from the other.

The property is located in a secluded residential area called Parker Estate.

TRUNK BAY (1.3 miles away)
One of Tortola’s most beautiful and unspoilt beaches, you won’t find much here other than white sands, crystal blue waters and the sound of the waves.

ROAD TOWN (4 miles away)
Here, you’ll have a choice of great restaurants, bars & coffee shops (Capriccio’s, Lady Sarah’s, Dragonfly, The Dove, Botella and Island Roots are some our faves), the Road Town ferry terminal which you can catch boats to Virgin Gorda & St Thomas, and plenty of shops for souvenirs (try Nutmeg & Co and EC Soap Co for locally made products and gifts). You’ll also find our largest grocery stores here (Riteway Pasea Estate and OneMart Superstore) plus specialty food stores like Steakation and The French Deli.

JOSIAH’S BAY (4.6 miles away)
offers amazing surf for both beginners and pros and is home to BVI Surf School where you can rent a board or book a lesson. There’s also a couple of low-key beach bars for a cold beer and a snack here too.

CANE GARDEN BAY (6.3 miles away)
The buzziest beach on island, you’ll find a whole variety of Restaurants and Bars (Indigo Beach House, Elms, Paradise Bar, Myett’s plus many more) lining the water. You’ll also find a small grocery store, a white sand beach with calm swimming and options for water sports and Callwood’s Rum Distillery. *all these amenities mean that the cruise ship passengers come here so check out the BVI cruise ship schedule first online

Transit
TERRANCE B. LETTSOME (EIS) (6.8 miles away)
is on Beef Island in the East End of Tortola (connected by bridge). It’s the only airport on Tortola and where you’ll fly into.

ROAD TOWN FERRY HARBOUR (4 miles away)
The closest place to catch a ferry to connect you to the US Virgin Islands (St Thomas) and other British Virgin Islands (Virgin Gorda & Anegada)

SOPER’S HOLE MARINA, LIGHTHOUSE MARINA & NANNY CAY MARINA
Arriving by boat & looking for dock space? Try these marinas nearby.

Although there are ferries to connect you to other islands, the public transport in Tortola is basically non-existent and there’s so much to go and see but taxis add up quickly. Tortola is only 14 miles long by 3 miles at its widest, but it’s a mountainous island and the roads can be quite rugged. We can help you to reserve a 4WD SUV or direct you to recommended local car rental companies who understand that good 4WD vehicles are mandatory to explore with confidence. They can offer delivery to your port of entry or villa (we can help organise you a taxi to take you to the property) & carry a selection of cars & jeeps. Jerry’s Car Rental is our favourite and the easiest car rental company to work with online.

Policies

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations and any request for changes to your reservation (such as date changes or changes in the number of persons) must be made in writing by email and will be dealt with on a case for case basis.

- For cancellations received 61 days or more prior to your arrival 10% of your rental amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

- For cancellations received 60 days or less prior to arrival 100% of your TOTAL is forfeited. If we’re able to
re-book the villa to another guest we will return to you 80% of the rent paid by the new guests for the
nights rebooked (the nights might be rented at a “last minute” discounted rate that’s less than you
originally paid).

- There will be no refund made for late arrivals or early departures.

Deposit Policy

PAYMENT POLICY
Once you reserve a property a deposit of 50% is due to confirm the reservation. The balance of 50% + the refundable damage deposit must be paid in full at least 60 days prior to your arrival. *If paying by credit card, Refundable Damage Deposits will not be charged until arrival.
