Seaside Oasis (#39) is one of a collection of free-standing villas nestled into the lower slopes of Long Bay, unrecognizable since it's recent remodel and the addition of a stunning pool and 3 new decks!
The bay is surrounded by bright, tropical landscaping and bordered by the idyllic mile long beach. Walking to the beach is a rarity on our mountainous little island, but here you can simply stroll down to the white sands, turquoise waters and beach-front restaurants of Long Bay.

LIVING AREAS
Seaside Oasis covers 2 floors with 2 bedrooms on each floor, interconnected by an internal staircase. Bright and refreshing, the tasteful décor is shades of white, creams and blues with complementary artwork.
On the ground floor you’ll find an airy open-plan kitchen and living room filled with sunlight and coastal living style furnishings that's comfortable as well as stylish. Glass sliding doors face out to the ocean and French doors lead to spacious covered deck where you'll eat al-fresco whatever the weather. The sociable granite kitchen island and sleek Brazilian teak cabinets are the perfect perfect for chatting whilst preparing meals. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the essentials including an stainless electric oven & cooktop, full size fridge/freezer, blender, toaster and kettle. The living room offers comfortable seating for those moments of downtime, ample work space and, if you can bear to tear your eyes away from the glistening ocean view, there's a SmartTV with FLOW cable.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
1)There are bedrooms and bathrooms on the main floor. The first is accessed off this main living area - the bedroom has a king size bed facing glass sliders that open out to the ocean view (there are also screen doors if you prefer the ceiling fan and fresh breezes to AC. The bathroom (with shower) is opposite this bedroom, making it perfect for any guests you may have over to visit.
2) The 2nd bedroom is a brand new addition and can be accessed from the main dining porch through the glass sliders or via a private entrance on the back of the building, off the main pool deck. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with an outdoor shower that can also be accessed from the pool deck for anyone wishing to rinse off after the beach.
3) Head upstairs from the hallway off the main pool deck. On the upper level you’ll find 2 more ocean view bedrooms with a beautiful deck with comfortable seating that looks down towards the beach. At the top of the stairs you'll enter the airy spacious penthouse suite with it's vaulted ceiling. You'll find a king bed, ensuite bathroom with shower & closet, and a kitchenette area with a small fridge, coffee-maker and microwave. 3 large glass sliders bathe the space in sunshine and lead to a covered porch with a table and seating for 2 for those quiet cups of coffee. A sofa and 2 additional chairs inside mean you'll always have a spot to relax whatever the weather.
4) A door directly from this penthouse style room leads to the 4th bedroom suite which is another new addition. A king bed looks out towards the ocean and glass sliders lead out to a gorgeous deck with pretty furniture and those perfect sea breezes. This might be my favourite spot! The stylish new ensuite bathroom features a shower. *This 4th bedroom can only be accessed through the 3rd bedroom/penthouse suite.
STEP OUTSIDE
Besides these more personal decks and porches the new pool deck is a stunner! On arrival at the villa you'll climb a few steps to reveal the spacious tiled deck where the infinity edge pool sleek outdoor furniture including 4 sun loungers and a seating area for 8. Whether you're enjoying the famous BVI sunshine, a pink and purple sunset or the sparkling moonlit night sky, this deck is going to be your main spot, you can't beat it.
Every bedroom and deck and living area looks out to the ocean and a smattering of little islands clustered around Jost Van Dyke. All 4 bedrooms have a king bed, bathroom , AC and TV, everyone is happy!
GENERATOR: There is an automatic-start generator in case of power outages.
AC: All rooms have the option of ceiling fans or AC.
HOUSEKEEPING: Your housekeeper will visit once a week. She'll change all linens and towels & do a general clean through.
WIFI: we have hi-speed fibre cable wifi throughout.
PARKING: The private driveway offers parking right next to the steps up to the villa.

At Long Bay you’ll find a mile-long stretch of white sand & turquoise waters & a selection of beachfront refreshment options – 1748 Restaurant, Tropical Fusion, Johnny’s Beach Bar & 1748 Coffee Shop. If you’re feeling energetic there’s Long Bay Beach Resort’s Tennis & Pickleball courts. A day pass will buy you hours of fun! Gym passes also available as well as a spa for a little pampering. APPLE BAY (0.6 miles away)
A little village with world-class winter surf & a handful of bars and restaurants (Nardie’s Beach Bar at Sebastian’s, The Sugar Mill, Tramonti) for all occasions.
CARROT BAY
A charming village where you’ll find local fisherman, fruit stalls, North Shore Shell Museum and D’Coal Pot restaurant.
WINDY HILL
Head to Stoutt’s Lookout for a chilled beer with an incredible view over the bay or Bananakeet (Heritage Inn) restaurant for one of the best dinner spots to watch the sunset on island.
SMUGGLER’S COVE (1.2 miles away)
Smuggler’s Cove is idyllic and perfectly sheltered by its vibrant reef which provides sensational snorkeling and is home to Patricia’s laid-back beach bar. *cruise ship passengers sometimes come here so look online for the “BVI cruise ship schedule” to avoid the busier days.
SOPER’S HOLE MARINA (2.8 miles away)
Here you’ll find a great selection of restaurants (Omar’s Coffee House, Omar’s Fusion & Pusser’s Landing, Admiral’s Pub), a well-stocked grocery store, boat charter companies, shops, Driftwood Spa & more. West End Ferry Terminal is opposite (where you can catch ferries & water taxis to fellow British Virgin Island Jost Van Dyke and US Virgin Islands St John & St Thomas). Enquire with Soper’s Hole Marina & Lighthouse Marina for dock space if you have a boat.
CANE GARDEN BAY (3.6 miles away)
The buzziest beach on island, you’ll find a whole variety of Restaurants and Bars (Indigo Beach House, Elms, Paradise Bar, Myett’s plus many more) lining the water. You’ll also find a small grocery store, a white sand beach with calm swimming and options for watersports & Callwood’s Rum Distillery. *all these amenities mean that the cruise ship passengers come here, so look online for the “BVI cruise ship schedule” to avoid the busier days.

TERRANCE B. LETTSOME AIRPORT (EIS) (18 miles away)
is on Beef Island in the East End of Tortola (connected by bridge). It’s the only airport on Tortola and where you’ll fly into.

Although there are ferries to connect you to other islands, the public transport in Tortola is basically non-existent and there’s so much to go and see but taxis add up quickly. Tortola is only 14 miles long by 3 miles at its widest, but it’s a mountainous island and the roads can be quite rugged. We can help you to reserve a 4WD SUV or direct you to recommended local car rental companies who understand that good 4WD vehicles are mandatory to explore with confidence. They can offer delivery to your port of entry or villa (we can help organise you a taxi to take you to the property) & carry a selection of cars & jeeps. Jerry’s Car Rental is our favourite and the easiest car rental company to work with online.
