UPSTAIRS
While almost identical in design and layout, the interiors of these privately-owned villas have all been individualised and all have ocean views due to their positioning on the hillside. We offer a selection of properties ranging from one bedroom to 3 bedrooms, which can be rented as individual units or as entire villas – there are internal stairs that can link them together or can remain locked.
Blue Latitude’s interior really stands out in newly painted soothing beachside hues with artwork to compliment the seaside theme. Restful yet refreshing and comfortable, the decor is tasteful and elegant.
The Penthouse has a spacious and bright open layout thanks to a high vaulted ceiling and wide, screened glass sliding glass doors that open to the covered deck with ocean views and sea-breezes – the perfect spot to watch the sun go down with a beer or cocktail. Accommodations include a comfortable king-size bed, built-in desk, AC, wifi, satellite TV and kitchenette with microwave, fridge and coffee-maker and single electric cooktop. The bathroom is spacious and offers a tub with shower head.
DOWNSTAIRS
The Garden Suite is the largest floor unit (middle floor) with a separate bedroom and living room/kitchen and a large, covered dining deck with seating for 8. The large sliding doors open to the breezes and ocean views in both the bedroom and living area. The living room offers comfortable seating and a queen size pull-out sofa for 2 additional guests (a possible total of 8 guests), a desk and satellite TV. It is separated from the kitchen with a sociable kitchen island housing the cooktop, coffee-maker, blender, microwave oven and full size refrigerator. The bed has a comfortable king-sized bed, wifi, satellite TV, and an adjacent bathroom with shower and single vanity. Enjoy the outdoors on the covered deck with teak dining set for 8, bluetooth speakers and a built-in gas BBQ.
The 1st floor or Studio is a cosy self-contained apartment that offers a king size bed, desk, satellite TV, wifi, bathroom with shower and a kitchenette with coffee-maker and microwave. Sliding glass and screen doors lead to your own private deck to enjoy more ocean views over Long Bay.
Blue Latitude (Villa #55) offers 3 suites which can be connected by internal stairs for families and friends or rented separately by individuals or couples looking for a peaceful getaway. Guests share an entryway with the penthouse unit and studio but it’s quite possible that you won’t see any other guests for your entire stay.

Positioned between two famous beaches, Long Bay is in itself a treasure – with a mile of soft, white sand, there’s a quiet spot for everyone – on a calm day snorkel out to Pelican Point; when the swell is up body-surf or boogie-board the waves to the shore; venture along Nature Boy’s trail through the sea-grape tress to Belmont Salt pond where you may even be lucky enough to see a flamingo! Or simply walk off some of those frozen drinks that you can buy at 1748 or Tropical Fusion restaurants right on the beach.

Apple Bay: often has surf in the winter, great for watching or participating
