Coastin’ A-Long

My husband and I and our two teenage children stayed at Coastin’ Along over Thanksgiving. The villa is beautiful with everything you need, and the views are literally mesmerizing. Short car ride to beach and lots of fantastic restaurants. I can’t say enough about how helpful Sam and her team are. They provided information about the ferries and car rental, set us up with provisions delivered to our villa pre-arrival, and were ready to answer any question we had. AMAZING!

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful villa for 12 nights. What Sam and her staff did prior to our arrival and during our stay was fanstastic. From the initial pick up at the ferry by taxi driver Eric, to the welcoming tour of the villa by Pinky and getting our grocery order stowed away, to the very accommodating people of Jerry’s Car Rental, all made this trip a memorable one. I also need to mention the house keeping that took place while we were there. Amazing. So unexpected.

So, obviously, my husband and I loved the villa and the location is fantastic. So many great restaurants within a short drive. The villa is so comfortable and there are many areas for sitting and enjoying the spectacular views. Must mention that it was a bit daunting the first few times driving up and down the roads from the home in our rental car, but my husband gained confidence with every outing.

And while we were there on Tortola, we started talking about returning to Coastin’ A-Long next year.

Amazing views, great pool, luxurious linens and furnishings. We wanted to explore the BVIs but were not sure about 7 days on the sailboat, so we opted for a house instead. Conveniently situated on the mountain above Smugglers Cove, we had easy access to beautiful beaches. Renting a Jeep is a must! Also pack water shoes for exploring. Loved Soper’s Hole Marina and a sail charter to snorkle the Indians, amazing sea life! Very easy to get there, flying into STT. Will be back!   (Samantha J   airbnb   7.13.2022)

While the ride to the top is not for the faint of heart, once you’re there you can’t help but feel that it’s worth every minute of it. Perfect setup for a family of 6. Every room has its own bathroom, which is SUPER convenient. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool, the porch, the huge sliding glass doors, the ceiling fans in every room – all of it amounts to exactly what one needs to fully enjoy their stay on the island.
